Nightfall or the return of a God
Elona, the continent of Nightfall, looks like to Africa by its savannas and its deserts as far as the eye can see. It is an earth of legend where the honor and the patriotism make a peaceful part of the country. Elona is situated in the South of the Crystal Desert of Tyria and in the northeast of Cantha.
The army of Elona is legendary. The region of Istani, the small island off coasts, is considered as its impressive military fleet. It controls to it only allers and maritime comings and protects the continent of attacks by sea route. Kourna is the military region par excellence. The kournans soldiers are disciplined, and redoubtable opponents. They are the best rampart against any threat resulting from lands. Rich Vabbi is the part of the country of the Princes and the traders. The politics is plutocratic, the power is reserved for the richest. It is a region where the festivities are omnipresent, every middle-class person trying
"to eliminate" his rivals on the subject; no little savings! Dancers, last fashionable dresses, small sophisticated dishes, theater companies... Everything to Vabbi is pretext to party.
The story which tells Nightfall takes its origins of the centuries before all these events. Margonites, whom the origin remains mysterious, appeared by the Northwest of Elona 13 centuries ago, a little bit before the gift of the magic to the humans by the Gods. The humans, disrupted, content with surviving. It is the era of Primitive Kings, quickly worsened by groupings of organized crime that rage on coasts. A big blight also comes down on Elona; we will remember it as the Blight of Beetles.
It is only 400 years ago, after the bloody war, that the peoples of Elona split in three provinces. They did not delay becoming allied against a new Blight, Palawa Joko 
and his army of living-dead, brought down at the last minute by the hero Turaï Ossa and his faithful sword.
Much later, after other wars of Corsairs, as Tyria has to face the opening of the door of Komalie, and as Cantha is plunged into the chaos by the return of Shiro Tagashi, Elona is confronted with a large-scale problem... The sixth God, Abaddon, the former God of Secrets, deposed, wants to make his big return and he is not satisfied...
